Fruit Medley (non-alcoholic)

1 slice papaya
1 slice mango
1 slice pineapple
1 slice cantaloupe
2 oz mango nectar
1 dash angostura bitters
1 oz clear syrup

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with mango slice and cherry.

Sunset (non-alcoholic)

2 slices cantaloupe
1/2 banana
2 lychee
2 oz passion juice
1 oz clear syrup

Blend all ingredients until smooth. garnish with cantaloupe

Passiona (non-alcoholic)

2 slices papaya
1 banana
2 oz passion juice
1 oz clear syrup

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with melon ball.

Crimson Girl (non-alcoholic)

2 oz mango
2 slices papaya
2 oz Guava Pineapple
1 oz fruit syrup

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with mango and cherry

Lava Flow

2 oz strawberry puree
1 ounce light Appleton Jamaica Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sweet & sour
1 oz coconut syrup
1 oz half & half cream?
ice

Pour strawberry puree into a 14-ounce hurricane glass. Fill blender with ice to 1/2 full, and add all other ingredients. Puree until slushy. Tilt hurricane glass to the side, and gently pour blender puree down the inside of the glass, careful not to disturb the strawberry puree.
Garnish with 1/4 slice of pineapple

Appletini

1-1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Apple Schnapps

Garnish with Apple slice soaked in lime juice

American Beauty

1 part brandy
1/2 part Martini & Rossi Extra Dry vermouth
1/2 parts white creme de menthe
1 part orange juice
1/3 part grenadine
1/2 part tawny port

Garnish with orange slice and mint leaf

Merry Widow

1-1/2 parts gin
1 part Martin & Rossi Extra Dry vermouth
1/3 part Benedictine liqueur
1/3 part Pernod liquer
2 dashes bitters
Splash of Cointreau

1 oz Appleton V/X
1 oz sugar
3 fresh mint leaves
Splash of club soda
Muddle sugar, mint leaves and rum. Add ice and shake, strain and top with club soda

Garnish with mint leaf and lime circle

1/2 oz passion fruit mix
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 oz vodka
squeeze of fresh lime
