Guidelines for Spa Appointment
Please arrive for your appointment 10 15 minutes prior to your appointment, remove make
up and rinse off sand and suntan oil before the treatment. Some conditions are contra-indicated
for spa services. Please inform the Spa Manager of any medical conditions when making a reservation.
The use of the gymnasium and sauna is complimentary.
We advise not to use the sauna if you are:
- Claustrophobic
- Diabetic
- Hypertensive
- Suffering from Heart Condition
- Pregnant
Please avoid wearing jewelry in these rooms. Cool down after each treatment.
Get out if you feel dizzy, have hot or cold chills or a headache and inform the Spa Manager immediately.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you. Please arrive for your appointment on time to ensure that we provide the best service possible. Cancellations must be received at least four hours prior to the appointment time, or you will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
