Oceanview - 173 Rooms
(42 w/ King Bed & 131 w/Two Queen Beds) All rooms have a variety of views to the sea. In addition to standard furnishing, these rooms also feature a lounge chair. King-size bed or two Queen beds.
Oceanfront - 32 Rooms
(23 King Beds & 9 w/Two Queen Beds)
These rooms offer the majestic view of the ocean from their balcony. Inviting you to be seduced by unforgettable Zeniths. Featuring a King bed or two Queen beds.
Jr. Suites Oceanfront - 3 Rooms
Large room with one king size bed directly overlooking the Ocean. Includes a table for two and a two-seater sofa. Balcony or patio.
Jr. Suites Oceanview - 42 Rooms
(21 w/ King Bed & 21 w/ One Queen Bed) Large rooms with one king or one queen size bed. Includes a table for two, a two-seater sofa, and a balcony or a patio.
One Bedroom Suites - 3 Rooms Oceanfront
(Queen Beds) All have separate bedrooms with Queen-size beds and separate sitting areas. Directly overlooking the Ocean. With a sofa bed that makes this room perfect for two adults and two children.
Penthouse - 1 Room
(King Bed plus Pullout Couch) One bedroom with King-size bed, large separate sitting area with dining area and mini-kitchen/bar area. Able to connect to a two-bedroom suite to create a three-bedroom suite suitable for six adults and up to four children.
Note: Spiral staircase is closed off, but can be opened to join the Penthouse with the Two Bedroom Suite.
Two Bedroom Suites - 2 Rooms Oceanfront
(King Beds) Featuring 2 separate bedrooms: Master room with an oversized tub and a separate full bathroom with shower and tub. Living room area with a sofa bed. Plus a fully equipped kitchen. Up to 6 people can sleep in this room category.
